Abstract: In this paper, the 11 fragrance rice varieties , 1 control materials and 13 back-cross materials were choose to test. Three genotyping methods were established for BADH2, compared its advantages and disadvantages and tried to established a rapid high effective method to identify the genotype for fragrance rice. The results showed that melting curve method is simple, sensitive and high effective, compared others methods. To rapid genotyping, it developed primers for 79 base pairs amplification fragment including target sites. It provides a technical means for directional cultivation of fragrant rice materials with high throughput.
