Abstract: Nutrition in leaves of sea-island cotton and upland cotton was analyzed, the results showed that the content of N,K in leaves of sea-island cotton was less than that of in upland cotton while, of Mn,Cu,Mg was more than that of in upland cotton. The volume of absorb of Cu, B in seeding stage and of P,Zn,Cu in bud stage and of Mg,Mn,Cu in flowering and fruiting stage in sea-island cotton were more than that of in upland cotton, and, this difference was lasting to the later stage, so in practical manuring we shonld adopt different methods.
