Abstract: Different age branchs of poinsettia (Euphorbia pulcherrima Willd.) ,cuttage media,cuttage date,removed leaves treatment,spray methods and so on,were used on plug-seeding. Results indicated that interval spray,twig,mixture of coco's fiber and perlite media,save leaves,and used they in poinsettia propagtion in the end of spring or in summer can get very good effect.
