Study on Leaf Regeneration of Raspberry

Abstract: The 6-BA, basal medium, IBA and sucrose were used to compare their effect on adventitious bud regeneration from leaf of raspberry by using the orthogonal experiment design. The results showed that 6-BA played a determinative role on leaf regeneration of ra
