Abstract: Explants of stem of Pelargonium X Citrenella, was studied by L9(34) orthogonal design,the experimental results showed of the best medium for multiplying was MS+6-BA1.0 mg/L +IBA0.1 mg/L +GA3 1.1 mg/L. The best medium for root was 1/2MS+ IBA0.1mg/L.
