Abstract: Using the young inflorescence as material, tissue culture of L.sinuatum was studied. The results showed that the contamination can be effectively controlled on the initiated medium containing 20mg/L sodium benzoate. The most suitable medium for bud multiplication was MS+BA1.0 mg/L+NAA0.1 mg/L+ sucrose 3%, adding 0.5 mg/LGA3 alternately .The optimal medium for rooting was 1/2MS+NAA0.4 mg/L+ sucrose 2%.
