Abstract: The different applying level of fertilizer had much effect on the yield and quality of soybean. Each fertilizer combination reached the significant difference level on the yield, fat and protein, but the total content of protein and fat was relatively stable and the influence was small. The results showed that nitrogenous fertilizer had much more effect on forming of protein and the phosphorus potash fertilizer had more effect on forming of fat. The influence of each kind of fertilizer did not play a role individually, but cooperated with the other two kinds of fertilizers. Besides, each kind of fertilizer had the optimal using quantity. The applying fertilizer make up which made the highest protein content was: 80 kg CO(NH2)2＋180 kg (NH4)2HPO4＋20 kg KCl／hectare; The applying fertilizer make up which made the highest fat content was: 60 kg CO(NH2)2＋180 kg (NH4)2HPO4＋50 kg KCl／hectare; The applying fertilizer make up which made the highest total content of protein and fat was: 60 kg CO(NH2)2＋120 kg (NH4)2HPO4＋50 kg KCl／hectare; The applying fertilizer make up which made the highest yield was: 60 kg CO(NH2)2 ＋120 kg (NH4)2HPO4 ＋50 kg KCl／hectare.
