Abstract: In order to accurately and availably multifactor evaluating of new flax varieties, the paper primarily study the method of DTOPSIS to summarizing and valuing new flax varieties with flax regional test in Yunnan province in 2004 to 2005 as example, and the method contrasts with only to evaluation from yield. The experimentation indicates that the results of differ with yield. The result is more reasonable with the method than traditional variance analysis, and it is very good application value to multifactor evaluation of new flax varieties. In addition, some problems about using DTOPSIS to multifactor evaluation of new flax varieties was discussed in this paper.
