Sugarcane inter-species hybrids were identified by using the morphology, isozyme and RAPD, ISSR molecular mark. The results indicated that 48 and 49 hybrids were the real hybrids, the hybrid all to be partial to a parent character, simultaneously had another parent advantageous gene. They may take the fine parent for the sugarcane breeding. Primer S260 and W835 could accurately examine sugarcane hybrid and its parents. The hybrid showed parents' characteristic spectrum, moreover ISSR compared to RAPD could examine more heredity polymorph.
