The philosophy study of “harmony” has been going on in our national theories. Our excellent improvement condition provides the historical opportunity for constructing the harmonies countryside. It is well-known that our land resource is relatively scarce, land system efficiency low, education paid less attention, some party member and cadre out of the time and social environment bad. It is an inevitable problem to improve the education, build the floor organization and make social security better. The countryside problem is inevitable during the course of constructing the harmonious society. In this paper, the problems faced in constructing the harmonious countyside are put forward and the methods for solving them are provided according to the problems advanced as above.
