As China hasn’t experienced the full development period of cooperation economy and still be lag in legislation and system setup currently, China’s new style rural cooperation economic group has many problems in its internal system. Thus, to solve out the existed problems, this paper points out that China should begin with completing articles of association of rural cooperation economic, then complete management system, profit distribution system, stimulation system step by step and strength legislation support at the same time.
