Abstract: Through the study of the effect on using the six different temperature : 4℃、8℃、12℃、15℃、20℃、25℃ for Donong42, Dongnong43, Dongnong163, Hefen25, and Suinong10 ,the results showed that soybean seed couldn’t germination at the 4℃ and 8℃. The temperature of highest percent germination was 12℃, which was difference from other’s study. At the same temperature, the percent germination and the average length of sprout was varied significantly in the 5 varieties. To the same variety, the longest sprout’s length and the average length of sprouts increased when the temperature went up. Experimental research was conducive to soybean fields to determine seeding temperature, for timely early seeding, to ensure that field seed germination, emergence, seedling and timely provide the basis for mature and lay the foundation for the ultimate high-yield.
