Abstract:In China’s transitional period，the cases of disputes of land are shown a growing number of cases and often in situations for the conclusion of the cases, which are very damaging to the construction of a harmonious society. In order to cope with such challenges and achieve effective maintenance and efficient use of land resources, this papers will go to find the corresponding answer and the way of corresponding legal regulation of disputes of land，on the basis of interpretation of current situation and summarization of characteristics of the disputes of land.
