Abstract:

Agricultural strategic environmental assessment is a progress that the analysis, prediction and assessment made of the possible environmental effects after implementation of agricultural strategic, ways put forth and measures for preventing or mitigating the adverse effects on the environment， and the methods and systems applied for follow-up monitoring. It is one of the important measures of which can control the agricultural environmental pollution at the headstream and assort with the environment and agricultural sustainable development. To summarize the research progress of agricultural strategic environmental assessment is good for understanding the development condition of agricultural strategic environmental assessment in the fore-and-aft of the enact the Law of the People's Republic of China on Evaluation of Environmental Effects; and it can be a good foundation for doing better on the research of the agricultural strategic environment assessment. The review of agricultural strategic environmental were carried through on whole review of research, the necessity and the base procedure of assessment, the construction of assessment indices system, the assessment method etc. And the research cases were summarized systematically.
