Abstract: Tillandsia has some good characters , for example, strong resistance, manageable, clean, portable, without soil, beautiful leaf, flower and bract and so on. It can absorb both carbon dioxide at night and hazardous & noxious substances indoor to make air clean constantly. So it will play a valuable role in interior decoration. In order to provide some scientific references for rapid propagation and application, characteristic and research progress of Tillandsia were briefly analyzed.
