Abstract:

The effects of nitrogen and potassium on leaf yield and qualities of Bossingaultia Var Pseudobaselloides in greenhouse have been studied. The results showed that N and K significantly promoted growth of Bossingaultia Var Pseudobaselloides and improved the leaf qualities under this experimental conditions . In suitable range, the leaf yield, soluable protein, reductive sugar and Vc contents obviously increased with the increase of N and K, when the amounts of N reached 775kg/hm2, the leaf yield and qualities decreased, and nitrat contents almost presented steep increased with different amounts of N fertilizer, soluable protein,Vc and reductive sugar of Bossingaultia Var Pseudobaselloides increased, and nitrate in leaves decreased with the use of K, The most suitable amounts of fertilizer for high yield and qualities of Bossingaultia Var Pseudobaselloides were N 5.75kg/100m2, K2O 3.90kg/100m2 under this experimental conditions .
