Abstract: A simple and fast method for stem of sweetpotato RNA isolation was described and the method does not need the special protocol and expensive instruments and it can effectively remove the interference of polyphenol and polysaccharide The integrity and purification of zhe total RNA extracted was eligible by using foumaldehyde a garose gel electrophoresis and UV spectrophotometer. The RNA can be used in many fields of molecular biology such as the synthesis of cDNA and Northern hybridization.
