Abstract:

Abstract: Zoysia macrostachya, Zoysia metrella and Zoysiajaponica were used to study the effect on K+、Na+ content, the relative conductivity and the MDA content under different salinity treatments after 40 days. The results showed: with the salt concentration increasing ,the changes of K+ content were less, and their contents were higher; while the changes of Na+ content were larger, under the 0.8% salt treatment, the Na+ contents of Zoysia macrostachya, Zoysia metrella and Zoysiajaponica were increased by 226%、336% and 462% separately then CK, and had significant difference; With the salt concentration increasing ,the relative conductance ratio and the MDA content of the three grasses were increasing; The added value about the relative conductance ratio and the MDA content of Zoysia macrostachya were least compared with two other grasses. Relevance analysis indicated that the K+/Na+ between membrane permeability and the MDA content were negative correlation, the membrane permeability and the MDA content was positive correlation.
