Abstract:

Using seeds explants,an efficient plant regeneration system via somatic embryo was established for Acanthopanax senticosus.The results showed that 1/3MS+1.0 mg?L-12,4-D was the optimum medium for the embryogenic callus induction;1/3MS+1.0 mg?L-12,4-D was the optimum medium for the embryogenic callus proliferation，propagating times was 4.24.;It was increased the somatic embryo development that the embryogenic callus was transferred to 1/3MS medium with 2,4-D lacking. Furthermore, when the medium was appended 10g?L-1sucrose，the somatic embryo germination rate and plant conversion rate was 90% and 97.8% respectively.
