Abstract:

【Objective】This paper was provided new data and information to discuss about Timmiella diminuta (c. mull.) chen’s Development law ,artificial culture 【Method】In the configuration modified Knop nutrient solution, inoculated with 75% alcohol solution of disinfectant 3min spore capsule of the spores, select the nine main features of Spore germination, Protonema development and The process of the Gametophyte, analysis the Timmiella diminuta (c. mull.) chen)’s development characteristics ,and conduct photomicrography.【Result】Spores begin to grow in the first two days, in the sixth days, the spore germination rate has reached 90%. Protonema system is composed of Chloronema, Caulonema and Vesiculate protonema The formation of an empty cell make the protonema disconnect ,with no rhizoid. Oil bodies in the protonema of the development process, the oil bodies have no major changes in the size, but location is moved.【Conclusion】This type of moss spore germination --- Schistostega type, Protonema of the development of its growth environment is characterized by long-term adaptation results.
