Abstract:

The acaricidal effective of Stelera chamaejasme crude extracts desolved by petroleum either，methylene dichloride，chloroform，ethyl acetate，ethanol and methanol were evaluated against Tetranychus cinnabarinus.The LC50 value in the bioassay of contact toxicity were 3.2066 mg?mL-1，4.2477 mg?mL-1，5.5588 mg?mL-1，3.9356 mg?mL-1，5.9913 mg?mL-1，6.1026 mg?mL-1，which indicated the PE extracts was the best acaricide.But the PE extract’s corrected mortality of eggs，32.30 %，was the lowest of all. Chloroform extracts has the maximum mortality of 89.19 %(P?0.05)，while the four others’s were 72.90 %、86.89 %、69.72 %、61.53 %，respectively.
