Abstract:

In order to realization the blast resistance of 24 monogenic rice lines to prevalence physiologic races of Heilongjiang and utilization value, the prevalence and high virulence races of Magnaporthe grisea from Heilongjiang in 2006 were inoculated on 24 monogenic rice lines which the transmigration parent was LTH. The results showed that, the blast resistance genes Pi9(t) and pi-z5 had maximum resistance for prevalence and high virulence races of Magnaporthe grisea and could extensive utilization.According to the analysis of resistance association coefficient (RAC),the combination of two genes had maximum RAC.The lowest parts of virulence association coefficient were pi-9(t)*pi-z5 and pi-9(t)*pi-ta2. The virulence of Magnaporthe grisea was stronger and most of blast resistance genes losed resistance. We must import new blast resistance genes to resist the situation.
