Abstract:
In order to research the anti-fatigue effect of soybean lecithin, ICR mice were used to fed with different dosage soybean lecithin. The exhausted time in swimming, hypoxic tolerance, serum urea nitrogen, blood lactic acid and hepatic glycogen were examined. Results: the treatment groups prolonged the exhausted time in swimming, significantly lowered mice blood lactic acid and elevates mice hepatic glycogen. The study indicated soybean lecithin has anti-fatigue function.
