Abstract:

Abstract: The farmland was taken as control, the soil microbial character of six vegetation restoration types such as Platycladus orientalis(B), Vitex negundo(J), 30-year Robinia pseudoacacia(C30), 20-year Robinia pseudoacacia(C20), 5-year Robinia pseudoacacia(C5), Medicago sativa L(M) were studied. The results showed that the soil microbial character was improved obviously compared to farmland. The microbial biomass and enzyme activities increased apparently compared with the farmland. The soil microbial biomass C, N, P, and the activity of soil Catalase, Alkaline phosphatase, Ureases and invertase were used to evaluate the soil microbial characters quantitatively. The order of soil microbial characters with different vegetation restoration models was: 30-year Robinia pseudoacacia, Platycladus orientalis, 20-year Robinia pseudoacacia, Vitex negundo var.heterophylla, 5-year Robinia pseudoacacia, Medicago sativa L. In a word, the soil microbial character of Robinia pseudoacacia is better than other vegetation restoration in Loss hilly area, and with the time longer, the soil microbial character is better.
