Abstract:

In recent years, people have paid more attention to the farm-products traceability system. Especially after the farm-products safety accident, the trace of the responsibility and quality assurance is more and more important to us. To be the source players in the traceability system - Farmers and Corporations, is taken a great significance during the whole process. In This paper, use principal-agent model to analyze Farmers and Corporations’ behaviors under the traceability system. Concluding that the corporations prefer to supervise farmers in the contract transaction, farmers will not break the promise from the long-term interests.
