Abstract:
Wheat Powdery mildew is one important disease in wheat yield. It is an effective method for the control of the disease to study molecular mechanism of wheat resistance to powdery mildew and utilize resistance genes. Based on obtained resistance-related sequences from wheat landrace ‘Hongyoumai’ induced by Blumeria graminis, three pairs of primers were synthesized to analyze expression patterns of three genes chitinase, alternative oxidase and MAP kinase homolog in homogeneous resistant F3 progeny plants and susceptible F3 progeny plants derived from ‘Hongyoumai×Yumai13’, which respectively, represent different interaction patterns between plant and pathogen , results will help elucidate molecular mechanism of ‘Hongyoumai’ resistance to powdery mildew.
