Abstract: “3414” about Silicon Potassium and Magnesium design which the ministry of agriculture of China popularized was used to complete balanced supporting fertilization program under the condition of the same nitrogen and phosphorus. Through the establishment of silicon, potassium, magnesium application and yield effects function model of different, the aim was that provide a scientific basis for applying fertilizer which in order to increase yield and improve quality of rice in cold region. There came to conclusion that different varieties had different effect function model. The effects of lack Silicon Potassium and Magnesium on the yield and constitute factor were different. The rule of different species of lack element performance on the same location, the effect of Potassium on yield was the greatest, followed by lack of Silicon fertilizer and influence of Magnesium was the smallest. The yield of ‘Kongyu131’ and ‘Kenjing 1’ of the treatment six (Si2K2Mg2), nine (Si2K2Mg1), ten (Si2K2Mg3), thirteen (Si1K2Mg1) were higher than others. The yield of ‘Kenjing 1’ of the treatment nine (Si2K2Mg1) was the highest (9162.45 kg/hm2), and ‘Kongyu131’ was the treatment nine (9162.45 kg/hm2). Therefore, in order to achieve the purposes of high yield and quality, soil testing and matching for fertilizers of different varieties should to be done to achieve supporting excellent seed with excellent method.
