Abstract:

In the current situation, “town and village co-governance” means that from the regional center of town, it carries out synchronous planning of town and village, synchronous governance of environment, simultaneous development of estate, synchronous creation of civilization and promotes the new urbanization and construction of new rural cooperative development of all constructions in accordance with the requirements of urban and rural. Through connecting SWOT analysis method with the demonstration area development framework, it will form SWOT analysis framework and SWOT analysis system which aim at the demonstration area development. Through studying Linli county Guanting township in Changde Hunan province and analyzing the factors that influencing SWOT in this area, we hoped that put forward countermeasures for town and village co-governance.
