Abstract:

Abstract: The integrated salt tolerance of nine different concentrations of NaCl of Onobrychic vicaefolia, which was tested under 0%, 0.3%, 0.5%, 0.7% ,0.9 %,1.1%,1.3%,1.4%和1.5% concentration of NaCl by measuring the germination rate of its seeds, root length, soluble sugar content, Proline content and MDA content of its plants. The results as follows: the germination was delayed in higher concentration of NaCl, and the root length was decreased. But the soluble sugar content was increased. The soluble sugar content, Proline content and MDA content reached maximum when the concentration of NaCl was 1.4%.
