Abstract:

Choose the compost of deciduous leaves, perlite, peat, prime soil made up with six kinds of substrate formula by certain proportion, to research the different ratio of substrate on the physiological characteristics of Coleus blumei with the pot experiments. The results showed that the quality of Coleus blumei was affected by these six different ratios of substrate. Among these six treatments, the optimal substrate ratio was deciduous leaves︰soil=5︰5 treatment, it was the most appropriate for Coleus blumei and the plant morphological comprehensive evaluation index was the highest, about 0.86.
