Abstract:

The agricultural products’ circulation system is the hub of connecting smallholder production with big market and circulation, and the key of promoting the two-way flow of agricultural products and the development of agricultural modernization. Therefore, it is significant to analyze the agricultural products circulation problems and to rebuild and carry out the new circulation system of agricultural products to adapt big market and big circulation. The authors applies AHP method with a questionnaire survey to find key factors on the development of Heilongjiang agricultural products’ circulation system. It includes the following six aspects the scale and number of agricultural products’ logistic enterprises, the collaboration level of all members of agricultural products’ supply chain , the service efficiency and collaboration level of management agencies in agricultural products’ circulation, the development situation of agricultural markets, the improvement and implementation degree of related policies and regulations’ in agricultural products’ circulation, the development scale and competitiveness of agricultural products’ processing enterprises. It has analyzed the main existing problems on these key factors. To solve these problems and improve the circulation system of agricultural products, it has built a new efficient and smooth agricultural products’ circulation system, and put forward some countermeasures to promote the formation of this system.
