Abstract:
In order to triturate the “Wound Healing Medicine” spray and conducting the primary pharmacodynamical experiment. Selecting the optimal process to the preparation of the “Wound Healing Medicine” spray, the qualitative discrimination and the content determination of its active ingredient-dracorhodin were the quality controls, it adopted the experimental trauma model to investigate the treatment function of this spray. The results showed that in preparations, the average content of dracorhod in was 0.01902 mg which in line with established quality standards; “Wound Healing Medicine” spray, the crusted rate of rabbit wounds were 96.09%, 99.68% and cure rates were 62.86%, 99.50% at 5 days and 10 days after treatment, The results indicated that the spray had sterilization, analgesia, promote tissue regeneration, and prevent the bacterial infections and shorten the wound healing time effectively. The process of the “Wound Healing Medicine” spray was rational, quality controlled, and had the therapeutic action to wound.
