Abstract:

Correlations between soil enzymatic activities and nutrients of three black soil areas in Heilongjiang province were analyzed. Soil enzyme indexes of discussion include catalase, urease, invertase, phosphatase and nitrate reductase. Soil nutrients in this study contain total N, available N, total P, available P, total K, rapidly-available K, organic matter (OM) and C/N. The results showed that the characteristic value of five soil enzyme activities and eight nutrients were different. Three areas expressed various relevance features between enzyme activities and nutrients. Three pairs of significant canonical variables were got by further analysis of canonical correlation. The typical correlation coefficients were 0.8231, 0.4859 and 0.4322. They all achieved notable connection (P<0.05). The results illustrated, there was close relationship between integrated soil enzyme activities and soil nutrients in black farmland.
