Abstract:

Research on intensive use of urban land, conservation of resources utilization of the important practical significance at present in our country, can reduce the people much less for the contradiction of tension. Based on the existing theories and research review of the 14 cities of Hunan Province (State) District as an evaluation object, firstly, index system with regional characteristics, and then selected the 2009 Hunan section of the urban land use data, and finally the use of DEA (data envelopment analysis), calculated the efficiency of the value of the evaluation unit, on the basis of the urban construction land would be intensity sort of intensity of the urban construction land evaluation results compared. Therefore, Hunan intensity of land space in cities in descending order of Changsha, Hunan Autonomous Prefecture, Changde, Xiangtan, Chenzhou, Yiyang, Loudi, Yongzhou, Hengyang, Yueyang, Zhuzhou, Zhangjiajie, Shaoyang, Huaihua. The results can provide a decision reference for local land management institution.
