Abstract: Abstract:The resistant reaction of eight strains tested to different concentrations of ampicillin ，tetracycline, streptomycin，kanamycin ,rifampicin,cefotaxime and chloramphenicol is studied.And the results showed that PSB3，PSB4，PSB13，PSB26，PSB58，PSB67，PSB77 are ampicillin-resistant strains,and PSB4，PSB13，PSB26 streptomycin-resistant strains,PSB4，PSB26，PSB67，PSB77 tetracycline-resistant strains, PSB,PSB13,PSB15,PSB26，PSB67,PSB77 chloramphenicol-resistant strains,PSB3,PSB,PSB26,PSB58,PSB77 rifampicin-resistant strains, and PSB77 cefotaxime-resistant strain.The results of resistance tests of phosphate-solubilizing bacteria against antibiotics can be used to study colonization dynamics of the eight phosphate-solubilizing bacteria strains in the soil.
