The Study of Growth Enhancement of Peanut by Trichoderma aureoviride 1010 in the Salt-alkaline Soil of the Yellow River Delta

Abstract: In this study, Trichoderma aureoviride 1010 (T1010) was applied in salt-alkaline soil of the Yellow River Delta. Peanut growth was observed. This result gave us information for the application of T1010 to regulate the salt-alkaline soil and enhance peanut growth. The T1010 preparation could boost peanut seedling emergence rate. The plant became higher than CK. These were more effective stalk number. It enhanced the content of chlorophyll a of leaf, so were chlorophyll b and carotenoid. It could impel the content of primary metabolites, glucose, starch, amine acid, and protein and so on. The 100-pod weight was increased than the control, so was the 100-grain weight. The number of double pod was increased than the control. The yield of peanut was more than CK. Trichoderma 1010 was used as soil amendment for peanut in the salt-alkaline soil and peanut seedling grew luxuriantly. The more chlorophyll developed photosynthesis and photosynthetic products were effective accumulated. T1010 was considered to be adjust soil agent for amend salt-alkaline soil of the Yellow River Delta and to assess crop structure.
