Abstract: In order to speed up the construction of Chinese agricultural enterprise logistics and accelerate the rural economy, we need financial support. Combination of logistics and finance is an innovation. The innovation is very likely to alleviate the financing problem of China's agricultural enterprises. It provided a new idea for agricultural enterprises financing. In the paper, firstly, we need collect and analyze the developments of domestic and foreign agricultural products logistics and finance. Secondly, we use the principles of game theory, which tries to analyze each of the three main agricultural products logistics financial business risks, to find the game relationship that exists between both of them. Then, according to analyze the credit risk and establish a tripartite game model, to find a balanced solution and discuss the impact of various factors on the decision- making between the three main participants. Finally, puts forward agricultural products logistics financial credit risk control recommendations. We hope that our work could help make the credit risk prevention in practice.
