Abstract: Rice is the most important food crops in chongqing, Two-line hybrid rice has advantages of high breeding efficiency, low cost of seed production, good rice quality and so on, in recent years two-line hybrid rice has become one of the hot issues of rice research. For clear of two-line combination genetic traits, we chose 11 representative restorer lines of Yuyou series, combination of two sterile lines C815s and Shen 08s. two-line combination of agronomic characters, yield characters and yield are analyzed. The results show that C815s combination in plant height, yield and rice blast resistance superior to the shen08s’s, while shen08s combination in such aspects as growth duration, effective ears, rice quality is better than that of C815s combination. It provides reference for the two lines of parents created and the breeding of new combination.
