Abstract

Abstract: Paris polyphylla var. yunnanensis（Fr.）Hand.Mass. is a precious perennial herbal medicine. The high-efficiency and standardized cultivation of aggravates the occurrence of leaf diseases of P.polyphylla var. yunnanensis（Fr.）Hand.Mass. In order to understand the leaf diseases of P. polyphylla var. yunnanensis（Fr.）Hand.Mass., the parasitic fungi were isolated from the leaf lesions of P.polyphylla var. yunnanensis（Fr.）Hand.Mass., and identified by morphology and molecular biology. Nineteen colonies with different morphology were isolated, of which 9 were Epicoccum, 7 were Alternatia, 2 were Periconia and 1 was Trichothecium Roseum. To provide technical parameters for the pathogen identification, occurrence regularity and control methods of Paris polyphylla var. yunnanensis（Fr.）Hand.Mass., and to provide a basis for exploring better planting technology of Paris polyphylla var. yunnanensis（Fr.）Hand.Mass.
