Abstract:

Farmland transfer is currently a hot issue of universal concern, the choice of farmers’ land transfer behavior is the basis of farmland transfer smoothly. The research on existing farmers’ farmland transfer behavior almost ignore the influence of farmers’ social network structure on its behaviors. Based on the structural holes theory, the author analyzed the farmers’ social network structure in the circulation of the role. That should change the traditional concept about the farmland transfer voluntarily, respect transfer willingness, and establish an effective circulation of farmland transfer intermediary organizations in order to protect the farmers’ land transfer income, and then promote the large-scale and specialized operations of farmland.
