Abstract:

In order to analyze the cognition of land rights determination related to farmers and the indicators impacting their participation behaviors, the author firstly using the data from survey sponsored by the local government, summarized household’s cognition features about the rural land rights determination. Then, the author structured logistic model to analyze what characters influence farmer’s participation in rural land rights determination. Results showed that household’s operation conception changed sharply, and operation channel enriched a lot; the important factors affecting participation behaviors of rights determination were proportion of farm income and land function, and the following factors were the land area and land transfer behavior. This paper concluded that the law and the operational rights were both consolidated; the main factor influencing participation behaviors was the life significance of land to farmers.
