Abstract:

This paper uses SPSS 13.0 statistical software to make Logistic regression into the survey data of 141 questionnaires of agricultural enterprises arranging agricultural insurance in Fujian, the results of empirical analysis on the factors that affect Fujian agricultural enterprises’ decision-making in agricultural insurance show that three variables including cultivation benefit, the accessibility of breeding sow insurance, the attitudes toward insurance enterprises significantly affect agricultural enterprises’ decisions to buy agricultural insurance, however, the other 4 variables including stock level, cultivation investment, the influence comes from peripheral enterprises, the accessibility of credit aid effecting on agricultural enterprises’ purchasing decision in agricultural insurance weakly. Furthermore, this paper proposes a series of measures such as raising agricultural enterprises’ operating efficiency, detecting distinctive insurance products, improving insurance service and so on, which will lead to a further development of agricultural insurance.
