Abstract:

Agricultural S&T was the determinant which promoting Agricultural modernization’s sustainable，quality development. SO, it played an important role in agricultural S&T work and agricultural modernization that grasping the situation and demands. Based on questionnaire survey and group interview in Ya’an, Meishan and Ziyang, This paper got the conclusions: First, utility ratio of S&T for 70.8%, But actual promotion rate less than 40%, Second, Requirements showed diffuse and diversification, Among them, good crops and livestock and pest control technology were the hotspot. Third, it was clear insufficient in postpartum link. Finally, It investigated the restricting factors while offered the efficient way that Increasing supply and enlarging demand.
