Abstract:

The purpose of this paper is to solve the problem that large quantities of rural migrant workers under the employment problem combined with the circulation of agricultural land in financial crisis. Methods of theoretical analysis and literature analysis were employed. The results show that possibility and inevitability consist in the rural land circulation combined with the settlement of the rural surplus labor force. It is concluded that the adoption of land transfer, developing labor-intensive agriculture is the necessary solution to the transfer of rural surplus labor force.
