Abstract:

Based on the design goals of ecological compensation program and the effect of implementation in the ecological compensation project, it becomes the common concern issue for the research on the impacts of PES program between at home and abroad in recent years. First of all, this study reviewed briefly the concept of ecological compensation and its mechanism in domestic and abroad. Then, the article reviewed and analyzed the latest progresses that the implementation of PES program exerted the impacts to the regional development. Finally, the paper put forward some problems, which was related to the program's design of ecological compensation and was urgent need of the improvement in China, so as to provide some references to the researches that the implementation of PES program exerted the impacts to the regional development in China.
