Abstract:
Because of the grape have perishable and short period. So the test for material, through spraying method, the determination of storage at room temperature during the grape fruit quality and bad, study the changes of different concentrations of chitosan membranes of grapes. Results showed that: with chitosan coating treatment could reduce the decay rate, keep grape vine color and brightness, decrease the intensity of storage grapes breathe metabolization moisture content and degree of loss. By 1% of chitosan membranes treatment was the best effect of preservation.
