Abstract:
The effects of different cutting materials, cutting substrates, exogenous hormone and cutting date on the cutting survive rate of Aspidopterys obcordata var. obcordata were studied to obtain an optimum cutting condition. The results showed that both of roots and stems of A. obcordata var. obcordata could be used as the cutting materials. When the semi-lignified branches or roots were chose as cutting materials and river sand as cutting matrix, the cutting survive rate was reached 67.78%~100%. The cutting survive rate was improved evidently with the treatment of NAA or IAA and the best cutting time was in the middle of March.
