Effects of 12 Rootstocks on Yield and Fruit Quality in ‘Kyoho’ Grape

Abstract:

Twelve new cold resistant rootstocks were as materials and ‘Beta’ as CK, to study the effects of 12 rootstocks on yield and qualities of fruits. Vitis amurensis × V. riparia NO.1 and V. riparia Glore on yield of fruits were significant higher than it was on ‘Beta’. For qualities of fruits, main ingredients of the weight of single-fruit, soluble solid substances, organic acid, soluble carbohydrate and contents of anthcyanin were analyzed was carried out. According to the evaluation, yield and qualities of fruit of the twelve rootstocks were higher than or equal to ‘Beta’, and they possibly substitute for ‘Beta’.
