Abstract:

The paper adopted all-mood analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and multi-level fuzzy comprehensive assessment method, constructed the performance evaluation system of land consolidation project, and carried on the empirical analysis. The author was taking Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region 10 pilot project of land consolidation project as an example, combining with actual situation, evaluating the land consolidation project from the use of funds, project implementation, project management and project construction, to provide new ideas and methods for the performance evaluation of land consolidation project. The results showed that performance level of 81% of land consolidation project of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, which was better. It was advising that from setting up the performance evaluation institutions of land consolidation, establishing and improving the information filing system, creating an electronic performance evaluation system, making long term evaluation mechanism.
