Abstract:
The evaluation of city land use for industrial is one of the important parts that compose of the potential evaluation of the land intensive utilization in city. Based on the data of industrial land of Xining City in 2008, the corresponding appraisal index system was chosen, the index weight was made sure and the integrative evaluation model was built up. Taking the sample piece as the representative of function area, the land intensive use degree of industrial function area was figured out by the integrative evaluation method, and the scale potential and economic potential of industrial land was calculated. The results showed: (1) The intensive level of industrial land use was moderate in Xining City, the appropriate use land and the low use land accounted for 88.06% and 11.94% of the total area of industrial function area. (2) The potentiality of industrial land was larger in Xining City, the absolute scale potential was 853.99 hm2 and the relative scale potential was 33.73%, the economic potential was 258.853 million RMB and the unit economic potential was 1676.51 yuan/m2.
